iteratechat.com answers the WhatsApp messages a property agent cannot get to. It replies from the material the agent loaded and nothing else, in whichever language the customer wrote in, and it hands the thread back to the agent when the answer is not in that material. The agent can pause it on any conversation in one tap.

The problem
Property leads arrive on WhatsApp at midnight and go cold by morning. Canned auto replies only answer the one message they were written for, cannot read a brochure, and cannot switch language because the customer did.
What we built
We built a bot that answers strictly from the agent's own uploaded material, replies in the language it was asked in, says plainly when it does not know, and hands the thread back to the agent. Nothing about a price is ever invented.
Where it stands
A live product that keeps late-night leads warm without putting words in an agent's mouth. Built and operated by the studio, on one plan with no tiers.
The thinking behind it
Answers only from the agent's material
The bot replies strictly from what the agent uploaded. If the answer is not in there, it says so and hands the thread back. It never invents a price.
Speaks the customer's language
It replies in whichever language the lead wrote in, because that is how property WhatsApp actually works here.
