Iterate Ventures started with a simple belief: the best software comes from people who both build it and live with the consequences. Rather than chase one big bet, we set out to run a small, focused portfolio of products, each aimed at a real problem we understand. We register and operate as a proper Malaysian company because the products are real and the people behind them are accountable. The name says the method. We ship something modest, watch how it is used, and iterate until it earns its keep.

We think the advantage of a small studio is the ability to combine deep ownership with modern tooling. AI lets a focused team build and run more than headcount alone would allow, as long as the team stays honest about where automation helps and where it does not. So we build products we can operate ourselves, we use AI to remove repetitive work, and we keep the surface area small enough to maintain real quality. When a problem is worth solving, we would rather go narrow and deep than wide and shallow.
